WASHINGTON COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT Weekend OWI/Drug Enforcement A Washington County Sheriff’s deputy was on patrol around 2 a.m. on Saturday, April 25, when he observed a car traveling 30 mph under the speed limit, southbound on Interstate 41 in the Town of Addison. The deputy stopped the car after it drove in and out of the ditch and then began traveling down the middle of the interstate.
