Beine Receives Scholarship The Wisconsin 4-H Foundation awarded Andrew Beine of Campbellsport a $1,000 Culver’s 4-H Scholarship. Andrew has served as president, vice president and reporter for his club. He has also served on the Community Service Committee and as an office training instructor.
