The unveiling of a nearly 100-year-old time capsule caught the attention of regional television news stations, as several camera crews were on-site at the Horicon campus last week Wednesday, Jan. 27, for the special event.School district superintendent Rich Appel, wearing white gloves to better handle the capsule’s delicate contents, gave a presentation of the findings to a small group of gathered media and members of the school board.
