Meet Our New Journalist Breanna Rice, a 2018 Kewaskum High School grad, is presently an English major at UW-Oshkosh The Dodge County Pionier and its employees are excited to announce Breanna Rice as the newest journalist to the paper. Rice is a lifelong Kewaskum resident, and she is a 2018 Kewaskum High School grad. She is finishing up her senior year at UW-Oshkosh and plans to graduate
