Diane M. Baumhardt, age 70, of Plymouth, passed away peacefully at home on July 8, 2022. She was born in Plymouth on February 13, 1952, a daughter of Doris (Hueppchen) and the late Kenneth Suemnicht. Diane graduated from Plymouth High School in 1970. On November 11, 1972, she married Roger Baumhardt at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Campbellsport. They resided in Campbellsport until 1988 when they moved to Plymouth.

Diane worked for 18 years at Regalware, 17 years for Suemnicht Construction, and most recently worked at Walmart in Plymouth. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Plymouth.

Diane enjoyed gardening, shopping, going to garage sales, going fishing with Roger, and spending time with her loving family.

Survivors include her husband, Roger; two children, Michelle (Tim) Lensmire of Sherwood and Michael Baumhardt of De Pere; granddaughter, Aubrey Lensmire; mother, Doris Suemnicht of Plymouth; brothers, Kenneth “Butch” (Bonnie) Suemnicht of Sheboygan and Donald (Linda) Suemnicht of Cascade; sister, Debra (John) Masarik of Plymouth.

She is further survived by sisters-in-law, Susan (Stanley) Immel, Joan Baumhardt, Annette (Daniel) Sabish, all of Campbellsport, and Pat Baumhardt of Kewaskum; brothers-in-law, William Baumhardt of Campbellsport, Richard Baumhardt of Kewaskum, and Ronald (Debbie) Baumhardt of Campbellsport; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father; sisters-in-law, Judith (William) Benson and Patricia (Robert) Wietor; and brother-in-law, David Baumhardt.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 15, 2022, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Plymouth.

Visitation will take place from 2-4 p.m., with services to follow at 4 p.m. Rev. Charles Heup, Pastor of the Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Campbellsport Union Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in Diane’s name to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church – Plymouth.
