Patricia Marie Hafermann
Patricia “Patty” Marie Hafermann passed away on Friday, June 23, 2023, surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with cancer.
Patty was born on November 3, 1955 and was baptized and confirmed at St. Lucas Lutheran Church in Kewaskum. She graduated from Kewaskum High School in the class of 1973. Patty worked for Sheboygan County in the jail and the Aging and Disability Resource Center for 27 plus years and was extremely proud of the work that she did and the elderly people that she was able to help.
Patty loved helping others and volunteered calling bingo at the Samaritan Nursing Home, playing games at the Gardens, as well as delivering Meals on Wheels for Washington County with her best friends Linda Gavin, Betty Ebert, and Ann Polzean. Patty also had a love for working on her flower gardens and refurbishing old furniture. She loved to go on road trips in the Fall to visit new and old places. You never knew if she would be home or out on the road exploring.
Those Patty leaves behind to cherish her memory include her daughters, Kristine Hafermann and Carrie Gerlach; her “daughter”, Andrea (Jim) Feucht; her precious granddaughter, Maisie Osuski (Parker Lange); and her favorite dog, Franklin, and her grand-dog, Chopper. She is further survived by her brothers, David (Karen) Schaub, Terry (Linda) Schaub, Michael (Kathy) Schaub; and many other nieces, nephews, and friends.
Patty is proceeded in death by her parents, Leland and Darlene Schaub; and her nephews, Mathew Schaub, and Christopher O’Kroley.
