Throughout his life, he was well known for his immense imagination and creative view of everything he encountered. While this was demonstrated in his younger years with his imaginative play, it blossomed as he grew older and grew into an artist. His many sketchbooks were filled with drawings that he often shared with friends and family. These sketchbooks are showcases of his increasing talent as an artist. His hope for the future was to attend the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design.
Elliot looked forward to Halloween each year and took great pleasure in decorating the family yard for all to see. He had hoped to create a house people looked forward to visiting every Halloween. He enjoyed the comments people made as they looked at the yard, and being able to provide some Halloween spookiness to the trick-or-treaters. His dreams were certainly realized as year after year more people came to comment on his decorations.
Most of all, Elliot loved deeply. What he cherished most of all was spending bonding time with friends and family alike. He carried an intense desire to create moments and have deep conversations. He was the light of his family.
Elliot is survived by his loving parents, Dustin and Sherie; his twin brother, Avery; his grandparents, Dennis and Barb Sarauer, Dan and Sharon Stewart; as well as his many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Services were held at Feerick Funeral Home in Shorewood, WI, on Thursday, November 9, 2023.
