City of Horicon Adopts 2024 Deficit Budget CLARICE CASE JOURNALIST The City of Horicon Common Council adopted the 2024 budget and 2023 tax levy on Tuesday, Nov. 28, at the monthly meeting. The city has adopted a deficit general fund budget with a proposed deficit of $475,395. It is anticipated that there will be a surplus of $182,784 by the end of 2024. Expenditures increased by 8.2%.
