Cityview Third Addition Plat Approved CLARICE CASE EDITOR The Horicon Common Council met in regular session on Tuesday, Jan. 23, at 6 p.m. A preliminary and final plat of the third addition for Cityview were approved. Jim Hartung from Valido Homes provided an update on the progress being made at Cityview earlier in the meeting. Five homes and one duplex are currently under construction
