Kewaskum Library could become Standalone Building ANNE TRAUTNER JOURNALIST The Kewaskum Public Library Foundation is circulating a petition to build a larger, standalone public library in Kewaskum. More than 100 people have signed the petition thus far. The Kewaskum Village Board discussed the petition at its regular board meeting on Monday, Nov. 21. Board members agreed that they would
