Plans for Discher Park Approved by Horicon Council CLARICE CASE EDITOR A public hearing on the 2024 Discher Park Master Plan was conducted at the Horicon Common Council meeting on Tuesday, July 23. After the hearing was closed, a motion to approve Resolution No. 202410, Discher Park Master Plan 2024 was made. The motion carried with all voting in favor of the plan. Alderperson Bryce
